What do I need to send?

In order to get you up and trading we first need you to send us the following documents;

1. A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation of the Company.
2. A Copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.

and for each Director or authorised signatory listed on this form we require;

1. A photocopy of the photo page of your passport or your driving license (please ensure the photograph is easily identifiable).
2. A copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three years with your current home address.

Please note that certified copies of the above documents will be required only in case our Equifax report needs additional information. We have been appointed representative status through Independent Portfolio Managers Limited, which is regulated by the FSA and by Customs and Excise and treat these documents with the strictest confidentiality.
